Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Services team as a Housing Performance & Compliance Officer. You will lead on research, analytical, and statistical information to support policy & strategy development and the performance of Housing Services.
You will be responsible for extracting management information reports from IT systems to provide national and local Housing performance indicators, conducting research, analysis, benchmarking, and developing new systems and processes to promote digital services.
You will advise on the Council’s approach to data analysis, liaise with managers on data collection and analysis, and produce comprehensive reports, including high-quality performance reports.
Candidates should be confident with IT, especially MS Office, and capable of producing detailed reports. Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Leadership skills to supervise and motivate staff are also required.
