GWCC is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of apparel and gifts to the tourist and gift sector.
Job Purpose: To act in a sales support role operating primarily within the sphere of client quotations/cost schedules and undertaking procurement. Nature and Scope: To provide an efficient and professional sales administration function ensuring customers are communicated with accurately, whilst working actively as part of the central team to increase and enhance the level of service.
Responsibilities
* Manage the needs of several clients/customers.
* Provide a varied role in which you are responsible for sales administration interactions and support as part of a team.
Person Specification / Requirements
* As an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive you will be comfortable working under pressure
* Be a go getter, giving 110% to tasks
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
* Positive, proactive and passionate about customer service
* Previous experience in a similar role
It goes without saying you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships over the phone and via email.
Key Competencies
* Previous experience working in the gift industry is not essential
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Willingness to learn on the job and accept training and support
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team
* Efficient time management
* Ability to use initiative
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Previous use of SAP ERP system
