1. Pay - £30,000 per year
2. Plus up to £5,000 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years earnings), giving total potential earnings of £35,000 per year.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Rick Stein's restaurant and takeaway overlooking the famous Fistral beach in Newquay, Cornwall.

What you'll be getting up to:
5. Showcasing your superior skills in the kitchen as you deliver inspiring food
6. Supporting the Head Chef and taking ownership of the kitchen on Chef's days off
7. Learning about budgets & stock control
8. Assisting the head chef with the scheduling, development and recruiting of new talent
9. Keeping in touch with current food trends and having an input with suggestions for the menu
