CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If so, there’s a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It’s not just about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Customer Service Administrator working on the Re Hire Desk, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers by building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with internal colleagues, suppliers, and depots via phone and email to process and hire products/equipment. You’ll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we deliver excellent service and continually improve.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a dynamic, service-focused business.

About You
We will provide training and support for your development. To succeed, you should have:
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably handling inbound inquiries
* Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influencing
* Judgment and initiative to make decisions aligned with company policies
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
* A collaborative team approach
* Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and targets
* A commitment to continuous improvement
* Good computer literacy, especially MS Office, and enthusiasm for learning new systems
