Job Title: Project Administrator

Job Description

As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential support to Leadership, Project Managers, and teams by managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Your role will involve managing schedules, documenting projects, facilitating communication, and tracking progress, contributing significantly to the project's success within set timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

1. Manage project administrative activities in planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure successful delivery of projects.
2. Participate in small initiatives with limited scope within the PMO structure.
3. Monitor report trends over time and communicate/escalate findings appropriately.
4. Responsible for project documentation as assigned by Project or Program Managers, including issue/action item logs, risk logs, project meeting agendas, and project meeting minutes.
5. Work with key contributors to ensure that report contents are assembled on time.
6. Assist Project Managers and other stakeholders with understanding and applying the project governance processes and procedures.
7. Schedule workshops and meetings.
8. Capture meeting minutes.
9. Update Confluence and Jira pages.
10. Update RAID logs in SharePoint.
11. Keep project artifacts up-to-date.
12. Produce monthly reports.
