Our client, a global leader in broadband, video, and communications technology, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support their UK and Netherlands operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, delivering expert ER advice and supporting key business change initiatives.
Contract Overview
* Daily Rate: £300 per day (inside IR35)
* Location: Bradford (Hybrid –twice per week on-site)
* Contract Length: 2 Months (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers on ER issues such as absence, performance, and conduct.
* Manage ER casework, including risk assessment, documentation, and meeting support.
* Support business change processes including restructures, TUPE, and settlements.
* Contribute to the development of people policies and manager toolkits.
* Analyse ER data and trends to provide actionable insights.
* Prepare documentation for Employment Tribunals and manage ACAS processes.
* Collaborate with People Business Partners and stakeholders across the business.
Key Requirements
* Experience in an ER or HR Advisor role with strong ER exposure.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
* Experience supporting business change initiatives (e.g., TUPE, restructures).
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
