Carpenter/Joiner
Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
£(Apply online only) - inclusive of retention bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week (covering service between 7am-6pm, with occasional out-of-hours emergency recall)
Contract: Permanent
What you'll do as the Carpentry professional:
Carry out Carpentry/Joinery repairs, installations, and refurbishment work across the premises
Interpret technical drawings and specifications without supervision.
Operate complex carpentry equipment and machinery safely
Undertake glazing repairs, ceiling installations, and other specialist tasks
Participate in planned preventative maintenance and inspections
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality
What we're looking in a Carpenter/Joiner:
Completed Carpentry/Joinery Apprenticeship or relevant experience
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Strong craft skills and ability to work independently
