As part of this team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of major residential developments, from strategic land acquisitions and site assembly through to development agreements, infrastructure arrangements and disposals. You can expect to advise on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes, often involving complex land structures and long-term development strategies. Much of the work is delivered alongside colleagues in planning, construction and finance teams, giving you exposure to the broader commercial context of major development projects.
