Chef de partie/commis/Demi chef looking for an exciting next step
Your duties and responsibilities will include :
Responsibility of working all sections of kitchen including cold, larder, fish, sauce, meat and pass
Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
Currently be at Chef de partie, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de partie level within a restaurant or High Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this
Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic
Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes
Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
