* Typical shifts are Monday – Friday 0845-1715

The role
* Assist the practice manager and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.
* Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and maintain accurate records using practice management systems.
* Handle patient enquiries via telephone, email, and in person with professionalism and discretion.
* Process patient registrations, updates, and maintain confidential patient information in compliance with data protection regulation.
