Venn Group are currently partnering with a high achieving Housing Association who are looking for an Interim Data Protection Officer to join their team.
Job title: Data Protection Officer
Contract: 3 months (initially)
Rate: £240 – £260 per day
Location: Kent
Duties:
- Lead on all matters surrounding data protection, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
- Review data protection documentation and develop new policies
- Provide advice and training and ensure the business is kept up to date with changes
- Take responsibility with Audits, lead on investigations and mitigate risks
Experience:
- Knowledge of housing policy and legislative and regulatory environments (desirable)
- Experience of analysing and interpreting legislation
- Relevant data protection qualification
