Beech Tree Farm, Swansea • Full time 39 hours per week • Sleep-in shifts available
From £12.75 p/h (dependent on experience and qualifications) • £55 per sleep-in
Responsibilities
* Creating a safe, nurturing, uplifting environment
* Being a dependable, positive role model
* Encouraging independence through activities, routines, and daily support work
* Working closely with your team to provide personalised care
* Keeping clear, accurate records
* Supporting household tasks and meal prep
* You may be asked to provide gentle, supportive personal care to help the people we support feel comfortable and well looked after

Qualifications
* A resilient, can-do attitude
* Compassion, empathy, and strong communication
* A valid UK driver's licence
* Reliability, trustworthiness, and flexibility
* A willingness to learn if you’re new to support work
Please note: This is a role working with children, so an Enhanced DBS with a barred list check is required.
