ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bell is a modern British inn set in the heart of the Cotswolds a place to eat, drink and sleep in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The Bell family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and experiencedMixologist-Bartenderto ensure the smooth efficient running of service throughout our beautiful beer garden.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times.
Salary:£12.38 Per Hour + Tronc
HOURS:Full time - 40 Hours - Weekend flexibility Required
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working across our indoor and outdoor bar
* Delivering outstanding guest service by exceeding guest expectations
* Ensure that all work equipment and glassware, are always perfectly polished and in good condition, and stocked where they need to be
* Have a thorough knowledge of all dishes and beverages on the menu, being able to bring them to life in conversation with guests, and be aware of all potential allergens
* Keep a constant attentive eye on the timing and flow of service, highlighting any delays to your manager
* Ensure all bills presented to the guests are correct and are cashed off correctly
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Mixology Knowledge & Drink Preparation
* Ability to craft classic and creative cocktails.
* Understanding of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and garnishes.
* Customer Service Skills
* Friendly, engaging demeanor with strong communication.
* Able to handle complaints or difficult customers professionally.
* Multitasking & Time Management
* Efficiently manage multiple drink orders, especially in busy environments.
* Prioritize tasks without compromising quality or service.
