As the Lead Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll:
Lead a team of stock condition surveyors and support staff.
Ensure condition surveys and fire door surveys are delivered on time and to the highest professional standards.
Oversee quality assurance of survey outputs and provide professional advice to clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by preparing and submitting tenders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for exceptional service delivery. You
To be successful in the role of Lead Stock Condition Surveyor, you’ll bring:
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a relevant degree.
Extensive experience in housing stock condition surveys.
Strong technical grounding and ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Client-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
