Role Responsibilities:

Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reporting

Preparing tender documentation and conducting cost analysis

Overseeing contract administration

Working closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
Experience & Skills Required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, with solid retail project exposure

Strong understanding of construction contracts
*
Proficiency with cost management software
