Your role as an Administrator in Renewables
* Assist the wider energy transition admin team
* Support the team and build strong working relationships across Liberty
* Respond to email queries from colleagues and clients
* Record accurate information in relevant systems and maintain project records
* Provide general administrative support, including photocopying and filing
* Communicate updates clearly and on time to colleagues
* Support operational teams in meeting targets and resolving supplier delays
* Assist field staff with admin tasksCapture and file compliance documentation
* Reprogram door fobs and carry out other associated tasks
What We Need From You.
* A good level of education (GCSE or equivalent)
* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Confident using computerised database systems (experience beneficial)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access
* Ability to work to deadlines with strong communication skills
* Experience within a social housing environment is desirable
