Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various welding techniques, particularly TIG welding and Flux Core, and have experience with fabrication welding of pipe work to X-Ray standards and assembly processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities
* Perform TIG welding and other welding methods as required for various projects
* Fabricate components from piping & vessel drawings according to specifications
* Assemble parts and structures using hand tools and power tools
* Conduct quality inspections of welded joints to ensure compliance with standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the welding process
Experience
* Proven experience in welding, particularly TIG & FCAW welding (Coding's/ Qualifications Required)
* Familiarity with welding practices is an advantage
* Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to fabrication
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings
* Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks
* Experience in assembly processes is desirable

Pay: £21.00-£26.25 per hour
