The company specialises in the production of precision components and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies for highly technical industries.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing production team within a technically advanced manufacturing environment, offering long-term stability and development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test products to customer drawings and specifications Carry out electro-mechanical assembly activities Perform low-level pressure system testing and vacuum leak testing Complete basic pneumatic assembly, wiring, and electrical testing using multimeters Create standard operating procedures for new work Organise and maintain personal workspace and tools Work in line with company health & safety and ISO procedures Support continuous improvement activities across productionWhat Theyre Looking ForPrevious experience within electro-mechanical assembly Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications Experience using measuring equipment Basic electrical testing and wiring knowledge Understanding of pneumatic systems and pressure testing advantageous Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach Engineering apprenticeship or formal mechanical/electrical qualification desirableWhats on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experience Permanent position within a growing engineering business Flexible working hours Early finish on Fridays Supportive production team environment Training and development opportunities providedAdditional Information By applying for this position, you confirm that you have read and understood our Data Privacy Statement and give Bolt Technical authorisation to hold your provided data.
