An exciting opportunity has arisen with Bradford District Care Foundation Trust as part of the development of our Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Pathway.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced mental health practitioner to the role of Clinical Lead for Structured Clinical Management (SCM). The successful candidate will work across our Community Mental Health Teams supporting the implementation and delivery of SCM, directly delivering interventions and providing supervision to colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate, contribute to and supervise the delivery of Structured Clinical Management (SCM) as part of the Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Pathway.
* Clinically govern SCM to ensure that care provided in the introductory, active intervention and discharge phases of treatment meet good practice standards.
* Coordinate staffing and other resources to deliver SCM group interventions.
* Work directly with a case load delivering SCM.
* Provide consultation and training to staff as needed to support SCM delivery and more broadly to support the CEN pathway.
* Contribute to the delivery of the CEN pathway.
Qualifications
Required: SCM accredited and experience of supervising staff.
