We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher to join a secondary school based in Burton Upon Trent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all three sciences and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
* Teach various PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
* Provide individual tutoring and support for students who require additional assistance.
* Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices and advancements in science.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of scientific concepts across various disciplines across the PE curriculum.
* Experience in special education is advantageous for supporting diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to students of varying abilities.
* Ability to proofread educational materials for clarity and accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities and resources efficiently.
* Experience in behaviour management techniques to foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
