Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Coordinator on a permanent, part-time contract working 16.75 hours (3 days per week) based at Kirkriggs Court, Lour Road, Forfar, Angus. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP13.00 or GBP13.25 per hour (based on enhanced annual leave).

* - Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
* - Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What we are looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property-related issues to our tenants in Forfar, Angus, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure, and comfortable environment.
Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative, as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience working with older people would be an advantage.
