Senior Manager, Quality and Standards
Location:Remote UK, with some travel to Brighton or London as well as overseas travel.

As theSenior Manager, Quality and Standards, your role will be pivotal in making sure everything we do- every assessment, every policy, every outcome-isvalid, robust, fairand, above all,accurate. Acting as the final checkpoint before anything reaches our students, you will uphold thehighest standards of academic excellenceand ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
At the core of our work, this role involvesmanaging and developingourquality assurance policies and procedures, overseeing the fulllifecycle of assessments, and collaborating closely with approved centres toensure standards remain uncompromised. But this is more than just safeguarding quality - it’s about constantly elevating it to better serve our diverse international student community as they prepare for university success.
You’ll be leading from the front:chairing assessment boardswith confidence, creating space for thoughtful discussion, and guiding colleagues toward fair, timely decisions that uphold academic integrity. Workingclosely with the Director of INTO Qualifications, you’ll contribute to self-evaluation,regulatory compliance, andproactive engagement with sector bodies. Whetherresolving academic appeals, liaising with external partners, or equipping colleagues through training and guidance, your influence will shape the learner experience and ensure every qualification we award is trusted and respected.
This role calls for more than technical knowledge - it requires clarity of judgement, consistency in decision-making, and the ability to communicate complex issues with both empathy and authority. Naturally diligent and conscientious, you bring not only an exceptional eye for detail but also the flexibility to adapt to the shifting needs of a fast-paced, globally connected organisation.
The role will also involve regular overseas travel, including visits to offshore delivery partners for approval and audit purposes, so comfort with travel is important.
