Development Finance Partner This is an exciting time to join London Borough of Harrow. Following a review of the Place Directorate and the subsequent creation of a new leadership team, we are now seeking two Assistant Directors and a number of other senior Management roles to join us and lead our services. The role: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development you’ll be responsible for all development modelling and providing all relevant insight that will affect the financing of the council’s development projects. This is a critical new role that will entail working closely with senior officers and elected members, will facilitate all regeneration business decisions in Harrow, and will support the delivery of more than 3,000 new homes in the borough. You will be tasked with: • Reviewing the council’s modelling capabilities to ensure that they possess the required expertise and resource to manage the commercial aspects of all development projects. • Financial management the council’s HSDP Programme Viability. • Financial modelling of the HSDP Programme. • Focusing on commercial value as well as unlocking future opportunities. Candidates: This exciting role calls for a qualified (CCAB / CIMA) finance professional with expertise in development finance modelling.
