You'll support customers across a wide range of public and private sector businesses (including retirement communities, and universities); working with integrated security systems, such as CCTV infrastructure, IP networks, and IP door entry/access control systems. You’ll provide remote technical support, troubleshooting issues across structured networks and wireless links using remote access tools to diagnose and resolve software-related faults. As your confidence grows, you’ll take ownership of more complex technical cases and support the team during critical incidents, such as service outages, working calmly to deadlines. Alongside the technical work, you’ll complete clear and accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service; helping to maintain the company’s reputation for quality, care, and reliability.
