Early Years Educator role - Available in Westminster
A rewarding position is now available at a welcoming and vibrant nursery in London for a passionate Early Years Educator. Located in the heart of Westminster, this nursery has plenty of transport links, as well as parking available. A relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this role and prior experience working in a nursery or with children under 5 is important for the suitable Early Years Educator.
Working full-time (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm) as a Qualified Early Years Educator, you will:
* Use the Early Years Framework and EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development
* Support children with their personal, social and emotional development
* Create a supportive, stimulating and language-rich environment within the nursery
* Have strong knowledge of early childhood development
* Encourage development through play and exploration
* Lead/assist with activities that stimulate children\'s imagination and creativity
* Plan and deliver creative lessons that are fun and based on the Early Years curriculum
* Work collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
* Carry out observations to assess key children\'s progress and development
