The Role
The firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Partner with 8+ years PQE to join their highly regarded real estate team in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The role will see you joining an award-winning Property team, dealing with a quality of work only found in the City of London, dealing with an ever-growing client base of HNW individuals, wealthy families, business owners and entrepreneurs.
You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to; portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions and disposals. As well as supporting the corporate team with the real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases.
Requirements
1. You will be a Real Estate Partner with at least 8 years of PQE, coupled with leadership and supervisory experience
2. You should enjoy business development and marketing
3. Experience gained within a strong regional, national or City firm
4. Commercial landlord and tenant work knowledge
5. Experience of acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending matters
6. Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions
7. You should have a proven and strong history of billings.
8. You should be ambitious and keen to progress and grow with the firm
9. A client following/connections in Kent is highly desirable
