Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to take on a dynamic finance role? Moog Controls Limited is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team in Tewkesbury! As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing and tracking supplier invoices and payments. You’ll ensure accurate processing, maintain strong supplier relationships, and facilitate the transition to our new SAP system. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking finance team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities Include
* Process and pay supplier invoices accurately and on time
* Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
* Keep clear and accurate records of invoices, payments, and remittances
* Identify and implement improvements in the Accounts Payable function
* Facilitate the transition to SAP and shared services
* Provide analysis and reporting for management accounts
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Key Skills and experience:
* Degree or relevant finance qualifications (AAT, part-qualified, or equivalent experience)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Clear communicator with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Proficient in using IT systems and embraces learning and implementing new tools
* Experience in high-volume environments
* Positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement
