Head of Regional Sales – Wolseley Building Services (Climate) – South

Field based role covering London & South East/South West regions

You will be responsible for:

* Developing a strong sales culture, build close relationships within branch network and contribute to regional development strategy
* Ensuring outstanding customer care through customers and branches to realise market potential; ensure regular personal face to face meetings with large major customers
* Line management responsibility for the Sales Team providing leadership, coaching and direction
* Leading the recruitment, retention and development of the sales team within the region

Please note, this is a field-based role and so regular travel will be required; you will supportLondon & South East/South West regions

And here's what we'd like you to have:

* Experience of managing a sales team across a multi-branch network is essential for this role and the applicant will need to demonstrate strong sales results from a team of sales colleagues.
* Has demonstrated clear capability in managing large complex customers and delivered sustainable results
* Significant sales experience within the industry with a proven track record of delivery across large key account customers and smaller regional customers
* Exceptional communication skills strong leadership skills, able to manage and maintain accountability across a team and create an environment where people can perform
