* Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicating with people — whether over the phone, on video calls, or in person.
* You must be passionate about the creative industries!
* Organised and resilient, with a willingness to learn and take on feedback.
* Any previous sales, customer-facing, or creative industry experience (placements, internships, part-time jobs, side hustles) is a bonus — but not essential.
