At Objective. With over 450 people and 4 development labs spread across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, Objective is a leading developer of GovTech software.
The UK office services about 30 people and your role is will be responsible for administration, facilities management to ensure the smooth running of the office as well as employee experience. Some day to day responsibilities include managing security systems, events management, answering all centralised calls to the office, organising meeting rooms and of course some ad-hoc requests too will always arise.
Personal attributes are key for this person to be successful. You pride yourself on having a can-do attitude, are assertive but fair, and you are an extremely organised, proactive individual.
Your skills and beyond
1. 2 years experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or similar role.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task effectively.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems.
