The successful candidate will work across a broad range of corporate and banking mandates, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and financing transactions. Key Responsibilities: Advise on a range of corporate and banking matters for international clients. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documentation. Collaborate with senior lawyers on large-scale mandates and manage smaller matters independently. Provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients across multiple sectors. Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Requirements: Qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction with 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate and/or banking law. Strong academic credentials and training from a top-tier onshore or offshore law firm. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Commercially minded, detail-focused, and confident managing complex work streams. A collaborative team player with ambition to grow within a market-leading practice.
