As a Mid-Level UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design of our digital products. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams, you will apply your expertise to deliver high-quality designs across the entire UX process — from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity design. Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the success of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with UX Research, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to brainstorm and co-create ideas, solutions, and approaches.
* Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and the established Design System.
* Ensure designs follow UX best practices and are informed by research and usability testing.
* Challenge assumptions and encourage stakeholders to address root causes to achieve optimal user outcomes.
* Apply a positive and constructive approach when receiving and providing feedback.
* Deliver high-quality design assets to the engineering team with clear guidance to ensure accurate implementation.
* Provide ongoing support to engineering teams through regular UX review checkpoints to maintain design quality.
* Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and innovations.
* Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
* Manage timelines effectively, identify risks, and escalate where needed to ensure deliverables are met.
* Assist and mentor new UX team members as required.
* Contribute to the wider UX community of practice within the organisation.
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of UX Design experience in the industry.
* Proven experience on complex, enterprise-scale or consumer-focused design projects.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Creative flair with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in professional design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
* Experience working with Design Systems and maintaining consistency across products.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
