This role is ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator who has been looking for the opportunity to take on more responsibility on their journey toward becoming a BIM Manager.
Youll be working on the same projects as our BIM Technician while also taking ownership of coordination, QA, model integrity and day-to-day management of the technician.
The Role
As BIM Coordinator, you will take responsibility for BIM delivery across design stages 25, ensuring models, drawings and schedules are accurate, clash-free and aligned with project requirements.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead BIM coordination activities across projects, managing the workflow and outputs of the BIM Technician.
2. Oversee production of all Revit/BIM models from concept to as-fitted stage.
3. Manage model validation, QA checks and global model drops.
