Job role
Trainee Audiology Practitioner
Location
Leamington Spa and Warwick store (and a local GP surgery). Travel across these sites and the surgery on specific days is a prerequisite of the role. Must be able to drive as you might be needed to cover both sites as outlined above.
Working hours
Full Time, Friday to Tuesday, 5 days per week.
Experience level
Previous hearcare experience is not essential. You must be able to build rapport with patients with ease, manage any complaints confidently, work at pace, be comfortable working on your own, use your initiative, and be confident running clinics on your own once trained.

The team prides itself on being friendly and welcoming. The Director, Joanne, started her career at Specsavers over 20 years ago and leads a group of experienced professionals.
Training and responsibilities
You will be put through the Microsuction Module, which is wax removal, so please be comfortable with this before applying. In addition, you will:
* Book and plan clinics.
* Manage the customer journey from start to finish.
* Perform all administrative duties in line with clinic and NHS processes.
* Develop rapport with patients and handle complaints.
* Run clinics independently once you have completed training.
Salary
£12.41 per hour or NMW plus 20p per hour on top.
