Overview
Systems Officer - Customer Success. Loughborough Sport, part of the Strategic Insights & Solutions Team, supports customer service improvements across the department.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of critical business functions including facility hire, sports club bookings, event management, and gym membership schemes.
* Provide frontline online and face-to-face customer support, and troubleshoot systems issues in front-of-house environments, including evenings and weekends as part of a rotating shift pattern.
* Set and uphold standards of excellent customer service and put customers at the centre of business activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience with leisure management systems is desirable (e.g., Legend by Xplor, Gladstone or XN) but not essential.
* Willingness to work evenings/weekends; comfortable using new systems and technologies.

* Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week), permanent; shift allowance 5%
* Salary: Administrative Services grade 4 from £26,527 to £28,381 per annum, subject to annual pay award; 5% shift allowance
