Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for site and office roles
2. Handle employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, and welfare matters
3. Support training and development initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate schemes
4. Coordinate performance reviews and identify skills development opportunities
5. Manage employee lifecycle events – promotions, transfers, and leavers
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPRpliance
7. Advise managers and staff on HR policies and employment legislation
8. Contribute to policy development and deliver HR training to line managers
9. Monitor labour market trends to support workforce planning and retention
10. Promote employee engagement and supportpany-wide initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
11. A minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR role.
12. Experience in recruitment and selection at all levels, employee relations issues and training and development activities and initiatives.
13. A sound knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
14. A professional and organised approach to work.
15. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
16. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability tomunicate effectively at all levels.
17. Full awareness of the need for integrity and confidentiality in HR activities
18. A good problem-solver with the ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
19. A proactive and flexible approach to work with the ability to work with changing demands and priorities.
20. Strong IT skills, including experience of HR systems.
