About the Role at Alluvial: As Chef de Partie, you will:*Ensure that all dishes meet Alluvial’s high standards of taste and presentation.*Prepares and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.*Manage and run your designated section to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.*Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.*Contribute to menu development by bringing fresh ideas and a passion for food.*Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:*Has experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.*At least a Level 4 Cookery Qualification and 3 years experience*Possesses excellent skills across all sections.*Has a passion for using fresh ingredients to create delicious dishes.*Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.*Brings a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
What We Offer:*Competitive Pay: $30-$35 per hour, based on experience.*Supportive Team: A dedicated, fun team that’s more like family.*Accommodation Support: We’ll help you get settled in Ashburton.*Minimum guaranteed 35 hours per week.
