Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Help Desk Operative job in Milton Keynes. This position is focused on delivering an efficient and professional Help Desk service by responding promptly to incoming calls, queries, and associated administrative tasks while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational support.

About the role

The Help Desk Operative will respond promptly and professionally to all client calls and service requests, ensuring all work is completed within agreed SLAs. You will accurately capture and record all relevant information onto the Help Desk CAFM system, using effective questioning techniques to identify issues and provide excellent customer service at all times.

You will regularly monitor and review logged calls to ensure response and resolution times are achieved while keeping clients updated on progress throughout the process. Maintaining a clear understanding of contractual and service delivery requirements will also be important to ensure compliance with agreed standards.

The role involves remaining fully conversant with departmental and company policies, procedures, and processes through active participation in team briefings, training sessions, and reviews. You will build and maintain positive working relationships with engineering teams and contractor service providers to support effective communication and collaboration across the business.

Additional responsibilities include managing and monitoring third-party landlord tasks through to completion, escalating issues or seeking support where necessary. The successful candidate will also support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Help Desk by undertaking additional duties as requested by supervisors or management.

About you
