Based in Monton, Kidzrus nursery are looking to expand our growing team due to high demand An exciting opportunity has arose as part of the management team.
Kidzrus Monton is a unique and diverse setting, that focuses on staff and child well-being with a community of play-based learning and providing children with real life experiences.
As a senior practitioner you will support the manager and deputy in the day to day running of the nursery, ensuring high quality standards of care and ensuring children are thriving in their development.
Competitive pay scheme above minimum wage brackets for qualifications held. Pay is dependant on age brackets in line with NMW/experience
Job requirements
* Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Passion for childcare, and child development
* Practitioners who will role model the ethos of the nursery
* Ability to be flexible within your job role
* Experience being a key worker
* Building relationships with parents and children
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Open to feedback on practice to provide the best for the children

* caring for children age range 3 months to 5 years
* 100 place Nursery, split across our beautiful baby room and Kidzrus monton setting.

* Maintain a clean and organized nursery space, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and support the overall goals of the nursery.
