We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist who is comfortable in platform dashboards and in front of a camera. This role focuses on multi-channel approaches to maximize results, including affiliate marketing, social media, and brand storytelling. You will represent our UK & Ireland brands across social channels.
You will work closely with our product marketing, SEO & GEO, MarTech, and content teams to grow reach, improve visibility, and scale strategic partnerships across review, aggregator, and third-party content platforms.
Working hours: The normal hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. After training, hybrid working is available, with two days in the office.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the integrated execution and management of a variety of marketing initiatives. While a core focus will be on partner and social media channels, you will take a holistic approach to campaign management, identify new opportunities and channels to drive growth, and use data to optimize performance across all marketing activities.
* Partner Marketing
o Manage our affiliate program, including strategy development, partner recruitment, and performance tracking.
o Foster strong partnerships with third-party content sites, review platforms, and aggregators.
o Collaborate with content and SEO teams to create high-performing affiliate content.
o Optimize offers, creatives, and partner performance to drive measurable growth.
* Social Media
o Lead social media channel strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
o Work with the content team to produce social-first content optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
o Lead community engagement efforts and empower colleagues to be authentic brand ambassadors.
o Use insights and trend-watching to identify new opportunities.
o Represent the brand on social media with authentic, brand-aligned posts and short-form video.
* Performance & Analytics
o Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
o Use data-driven insights to iterate and scale successful campaigns; optimise underperforming initiatives.
o Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Essential
* Experience in affiliate marketing, ideally using AWIN or similar platforms.
* Ability to build and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
* Understanding of how social and affiliate content impact SEO/GEO visibility.
* Experience using content editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
* Results-focused, creative, and willing to experiment.
Preferred
* B2B experience.
* Experience or willingness to appear on camera representing a brand in customer-facing content.
* Understanding of UGC, short-form video trends, and community-building strategies.
Desirable
* Knowledge of web technologies such as domains, websites, and servers.
* Experience in brand or product management.
