Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for a Void & Planned Maintenance Supervisor.
This role is working for a local council who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help create thriving communities through outstanding housing and property services.

Duration: Permanent
For this role the Void & Planned Maintenance Supervisor will be undertaking the following duties:
Lead recruitment for the team as well as training and performance to ensure amazing service is being provided.
Conducting property inspections and carrying out reports to ensure good quality work.
Ensuring maintenance activities meet safety standards and quality benchmarks.
The Void & Planned Maintenance Supervisor on this project must have:
Proven experience managing maintenance or trade teams.
Good understanding of property maintenance, repairs and improvements.
Valid driving licence and vehicle for site visits.
Rates & Shift pattern:
£37,000- £41,000 (Depending on experience)
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
