SERVICE TECHNICIAN (CAR/VAN)

OTE £30K to £37K DOE

We are recruiting for SERVICE TECHNICIAN (CAR/VAN) to join our client on a permanent basis.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: –
1. Performs road tests for diagnosis of clients’ complaint and verification of repair;
2. Performs other duties as assigned;
3. Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients’ vehicle needs;
4. Attends manufacturer specific training classes;
5. Performs line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and full automotive troubleshooting and testing;
6. Continuously expand your knowledge for new technologies and practice;
7. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment;
8. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
What we need from you:
9. CV showing: Great mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical skills;Must have basic computer skills necessary to use factory software;Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve;Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination;Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment;B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair;Must have a valid Driver’s License;Passport or Birth Certificate with National Insurance number proof
