Pay £25,838 per annum (pro-rota), £13.21 per hour and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent, part time 15 hrs per week on a rota system including weekends.
Based at Wilkinson House covering properties across Wymondham & Norwich

This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team here in Wilkinson House. As our Housing and Property specialist, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!
What youll do
1. Customer group - Customers who have experienced homelessness with a variety of needs including but not limited to offending, physical/mental health and substance misuse.
2. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
3. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
