As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer bookings and queries in the in-house system
* Deliver excellent customer service and assist with technical questions
* Support daily operations in a busy automotive service environment
Base pay and hours
* £27,936.48 - £28,387 per annum + bonus
* 5 days a week / 44 hours per week

Skills And Experience
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
* IT literate
* Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
* Experience working towards and achieving targets
* Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
* Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as the role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
