Job title: ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER
Responsible to: Sales and Education Executive and Business Manager
Main Purpose: To support your Business Manager and business to achieve business objectives as established by the Frederic Malle Brand through the effective management and motivation of the Frederic Malle Team.
Key Responsibilities and Standards:
Maximise Sales performance and Productivity
* Support BM in the management of team and account to achieve all targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Monitor and analyse Frederic Malle ambassadors using all brand tools to recognise areas of opportunity and growth.
* Be productivity aware and review all opportunities with sales using Education Executive, with emphasis on On Counter Technology or customer capture systems.
* Achieve team customer capture rate as per Frederic Malle brand target.
* Monitor competitor activity and interpret opportunities to maintain or grow market share and ranking.
* Support management to ensure key lines are well stocked, conducting stock tasks as needed.
* Maintain merchandising standards to meet all By Kilian brand expectations, including housekeeping.
* Create and implement activity/event plans for marketing launches or seasonal demands with advance planning.
* Complete all administration deadlines set by BM accurately and on time.
* Coach team members to meet brand service standards and follow up with training tools and requirements.
* Ensure team members wear appropriate attire and fragrances, and promote clear communication and teamwork.
* Conduct weekly/monthly team update meetings covering targets, activities, customer capture, service standards, and housekeeping.
* Communicate effectively with Sales and Education Executives and liaise with management to understand requirements.
Qualifications:
* Proven retail experience
* Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
* Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and achieving sales/customer service targets
* Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and cash reconciliation
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and events
* Experience with retail POS software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country required if invited for interview
