They are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one:to:one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and ensuring that individual education plans (IEPs) are followed.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting independence and personal development.
* Support students with personal care, communication, and social skills where required.
* Help with classroom preparation, resource management, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for all.
* Work collaboratively with therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to support students holistic development.
Requirements:
* A passion for working with children and young adults with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
* Relevant experience in a similar role or an educational setting is desirable but not essential x2013; full training will be provided.
* Willingness to support students with personal care needs.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
