In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Reward & Benefits Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department
Role Overview
Join our Reward & Benefits team within the People function to provide specialist support across compensation and benefits. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Support key reward initiatives including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and incentive schemes
* Manage queries in the Reward inbox and provide guidance on benefits and pensions
* Deliver accurate HR Management Information, analytics, and insights to support decision-making
* Assist with policy development, process improvements, and employee communications
This role is positioned at CUK Level 09, offered on a full-time, Fixed term basis from February 2026 for 7 months with hybrid working (up to two days from home).
What You'll Bring
* Strong analytical skills and experience producing accurate management information
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* Experience handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy
