This is an opportunity for someone who's ready to play a key role in shaping a setting from the ground up, and to grow with a company that's genuinely invested in its people.Responsibilities:You'll be working closely with the Director, but you'll take the lead day to day. That means full responsibility for running the setting, leading the team, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding care and education. You'll be the Registered Person with Ofsted, and the one setting the tone and culture from the very beginning.We're looking for someone confident, experienced and ready to step into a role where they can really make a difference.
