Due to an increase in patient care, we have an opening for a Supplies Administrator to join our close-knit supplies team based at Emerson's Green Hospital, Bristol.

Our Supplies Team aims to obtain and supply best-in-class clinical supplies, providing prompt and courteous service to all patients, clinical, and non-clinical staff.
Please note: this is a bank role with no fixed hours per month.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. As the Bank - Supplies Administrator, you will work closely with the Clinical Supplies Manager, supporting with procurement, stock control, and sourcing new or additional stock, ensuring cost-effective negotiations and savings. You will liaise with Heads of Departments to meet their clinical supply needs and may need to travel between Emerson's Green, Devizes, and other locations to deliver or pick up supplies and replenish stores.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience, a clean full UK driving license, and be comfortable driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle. You should thrive in a diverse, ever-changing role, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in administration and IT.
