A bit about the role… As Solink’s Head of International Sales, you will lead our go-to-market efforts across the region, focusing on new logo acquisition, strategic channel expansion, and customer revenue growth. You’ll build a high-performing regional sales team, launch partner ecosystems, and deliver against ambitious growth targets—laying the foundation for Solink’s international success. WHO YOU ARE: Extensive B2B SaaS Sales Experience : Over 8 years driving revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels, with a consistent record of exceeding quotas and building lasting client relationships. EMEA Market Leadership : 3–5 years leading teams and sales efforts across EMEA, with a deep understanding of regional nuances, territory planning, segmentation, and cross-cultural engagement. Industry Expertise : Proven background in security solutions, retail technology, video AI, or adjacent industries, bringing sector-specific insights to strategic sales planning and execution. Academic Credentials : Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Technology, or similar). Sales Team Building and Scaling : Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams; skilled in establishing and evolving GTM strategies from early-stage growth through expansion. Enterprise Sales Excellence : Expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with a proven track record of closing deals. Data-Driven Sales Management : Strong discipline in CRM usage (Salesforce), leveraging data analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. AI‑First Mindset: Comfortable integrating AI tools for content creation, personalization, and analytics. Territory Strategy : Advanced skills in territory planning, segmentation, and coverage modelling across diverse EMEA subregions to maximize market opportunity. Executive Presence and Communication : Polished presentation skills and executive-level communication abilities, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders across different cultures. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, with a builder mentality and passion for establishing processes and driving continuous improvement. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Own and execute Solink’s GTM strategy in EMEA, aligning to global goals. Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing regional sales team, including both direct sellers and channel collaborators. Develop regional plans, segment key markets, and implement account-based sales strategies. Drive outbound prospecting, marketing collaboration, and channel activation to build strong top-of-funnel activity. Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners and systems integrators to support indirect sales growth. Maintain rigorous sales hygiene in Salesforce and deliver accurate forecasts within ±10% of actuals. Work closely with Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, and RevOps to support growth and refine operations. Be the regional voice of the customer, sharing insights with Product and Marketing teams. Act as a Solink ambassador at industry events, partner summits, and executive-level meetings. WHAT IS SOLINK?
